2.1 The Service provides automated curated news and data related to startup fundraises and investments, gathered from various sources (“Third-Party Sources”).
2.2 The Service is accessible via a free or paid (Pro) subscription. By subscribing, you gain access to an aggregated overview on funding rounds, investors, startup details, and related data.
2.3 We strive to provide accurate information but make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.
2.4 We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

3. Third-Party Sources

3.1 We obtain news and information from various third-party public sources. We provide links to or references for these sources for informational purposes.
3.2 The inclusion of any third-party link does not imply endorsement or warranty by grounds.vc of the linked site or its content. You are at all times responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of the third-party links.
3.3 You agree to comply with any applicable terms or restrictions set by the third-party sources. We are not responsible for content or terms imposed by external websites.

4. Eligibility

4.1 By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4.2 If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you warrant that you have authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms.

5. User Accounts

6.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting us, see part 16 for our contact details.
6.3 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, but any obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination will survive.

7. Subscription and payment

7.1 By subscribing to the paid Service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Subscription fees may vary depending on the plan, and we reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time.
7.2 Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected subscription plan (monthly or yearly).
7.3 You must provide a valid payment method (such as a credit card) to our payment provider(s), and you authorize our payment provider(s) to charge the subscription fees to that payment method on our behalf.
7.4 All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7.5 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Prohibited Uses

8.1 You may not use grounds.vc:

- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any automated queries or scrape data without our explicit written permission
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company or other users
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All text, graphics, images, logos, user interfaces, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”) provided on or through the Service are the property of grounds.vc or used under license. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business or personal use.

12.2 In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Entire agreement

15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and grounds.vc concerning your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
