At grounds.vc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a full refund within 30 days of:
- Your initial subscription purchase, or
- Your subscription renewal

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@grounds.vc with:
- Your account email address
- Your subscription details
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve our service)

We will process your refund request within 5-7 business days.

After the 30-Day Period

After the 30-day period from your purchase or renewal date, subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations

Please note that cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 30-day guarantee period

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
